    It poses a greater risk that the driver could steal your information, or that the imprint could get lost or stolen. But it’s no different than giving your card to a waiter at a restaurant. If it’s a reputable company, it should be okay. Just check your statements like always, and call your bank if there are any unauthorized charges.

    Well they already have the credit card number when you gave it to them to pay for your order. It should make you uneasy for them to imprint your card, but its something that pretty much every delivery does, i dont like it either thats why i try to avoid ordering delivery food with a card. But the reason they do it is to cover their a$$’s if in case the card was stolen, they say, we verified the credit card was in posseion of the person who placed the order, so they did their jop in making sure you didnt use a stolen number. what you should do in a situation like that is cover up the last 3 numbers on the back of your card, you know the security numbers, you can white it out with those roll on white out and then scratch it off later when you need to. they have no business knowing those numbers and they need those 3 numbers to be able to use your card without permission.
